Description
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of the full 44-residue growth hormone-releasing hormone, modified with a trans-3-hexenoyl group attached to the N-terminal tyrosine. That acyl cap is what protects it from rapid DPP-4 cleavage, giving it much better stability in solution than native GHRH.
