These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed with Troy Peptides through troypeptides.com. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.
1. Research use only
All materials sold by Troy Peptides are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research and analytical reference purposes. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any in vivo application.
2. Who may purchase
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified research professional or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you will handle, store and dispose of the material in accordance with accepted laboratory safety practice and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether a given compound may lawfully be imported into and possessed in your location.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the site is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where pricing or product information was published in error, or where we believe the intended use falls outside these terms. If we cancel a paid order we will refund it in full.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
5. Shipping, title and risk
Shipping timeframes, costs and the free shipping threshold are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.
6. Certificates of analysis
Every batch we sell is analysed by an independent laboratory for identity and purity. The certificate of analysis for the batch supplied accompanies your order and is available on request. Certificates describe the material as tested at the time of analysis; they are not a warranty of performance in any particular experiment.
7. Returns
Returns are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Because these are laboratory reference materials, returns must be authorised by us before anything is sent back.
8. No warranty of fitness
Except for the identity and purity stated on the applicable certificate of analysis, the materials are supplied without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Information published on this site is provided for reference only and is not a research protocol, a recommendation, or advice of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of the material outside the permitted research use described in these terms.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Troy Peptides against any claim, loss or expense arising from your use, handling, storage, resale or disposal of any material purchased from us, or from your breach of these terms.
11. Compliance and export
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, import, possession and use of the materials. You may not resell or re-export any material in breach of applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Troy Peptides is established. Any dispute arising from an order will be handled in the courts of that state.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
