Processing time
Orders are picked and packed on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat $15 per order. Orders of $200 or more ship free automatically, with no code required. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Standard shipping is typically 2 to 5 business days in transit after dispatch. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. If your tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
Packaging and handling
Lyophilised material is packed to stay cool, dry and shielded from light in transit. On arrival, store lyophilised vials cool and dry and away from direct light, or at -20 °C for long-term storage. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2-8 °C, protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Compound-specific handling notes are listed on each product page.
Where we ship
Shipping availability and cost for your address are confirmed at checkout before you pay. Customers are responsible for ensuring the materials they order may lawfully be imported into their location, and for any customs duties or import charges.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a package arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging, the packing slip and the contents. We will resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
