Buying
Who can buy from Troy Peptides?
You must confirm that you are at least 21 and a qualified researcher, or that you are authorized to buy for a research institution. That confirmation is recorded with each order.
What does "research use only" mean?
Everything in the catalog is sold for laboratory research. Nothing here is for human or veterinary use, and nothing here is a drug, a food, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic or a medical device. None of it has been evaluated or approved by the FDA.
How does stock-up pricing work?
The price per vial drops as the order grows: 3% off at 2 or more, 5% off at 3 or more, 12% off at 10 or more. The count is vials of the same product. The discount is applied in your cart with no code.
How does the bundle builder work?
Choose any 4 or more vials through Build a bundle. Bundle mode includes every vial in your cart at 20% off for a one-time order, or 30% total off every 30 days. It replaces regular stock-up pricing and does not combine with a code or reward. You can switch back to regular pricing in your cart. If the bundle drops below 4 vials, regular pricing returns. Monthly orders arrive by email with a payment link; nothing is charged automatically. Skip, pause or cancel any time.
Can you advise on preparing or using a product?
No. We do not provide preparation, measurement, handling or application instructions, and we cannot answer questions about use in or on people or animals. For specifications, see the product page and its certificate of analysis. For handling, follow the applicable safety data sheet and your institution's procedures.
Paying
How do I pay?
At checkout you choose Venmo or Zelle and send the order total directly to us, with your order reference in the note. Your order is reserved while we wait, and it is confirmed as soon as the payment is matched to it. No card is charged on the site.
When is my order confirmed?
When your payment is matched to the order. You get an email at that point, and the order status in your account changes to paid.
Documentation, shipping and returns
Is a certificate of analysis available?
Certificates of analysis are published to the COA library by product and lot number as they are issued. A product page shows its certificate when one is published and says so when one is not.
How is my order shipped?
Shipping options, timing and regions are set out in the Shipping Policy. Tracking appears in your account and on the Track page once a label is created.
How do I track an order?
Sign in to your account to see order history and status, or use the Track page with your order number and the email on the order.
What is the return policy?
Because of what the products are, returns are limited. The Refund and Returns Policy sets out the conditions and the window.
